Meet the Founder

Hi there, and welcome! My name is Diane Constant, and I am the Founder and CEO of Constant V Consulting.

My journey into business and brand management began when I worked on a campaign for Miss Universe Haiti, Samantha Colas, during her run for the Miss Universe pageant. At the time, I was running a hair extension business while pursuing a business degree full-time. I loved every aspect of executing the campaign and video shoot 

After taking a marketing course, I fell in love with branding and strategy, which set the foundation for my career.

I later joined an award-winning PR and marketing firm, where I worked on campaigns ranging from $10,000 to $3 billion. This experience gave me a deep understanding of high-level marketing, strategic planning, and brand positioning.

My expertise led me to manage first-round NFL draft pick Jerry Jeudy during his transition to the league. I successfully negotiated his agent contract, financial advisory and accounting fees, and marketing deals, helping shape his professional brand.

Since then, my team and I have had the privilege of working with global influencers, politicians, award-winning entrepreneurs, and growing businesses, helping them elevate their brands and achieve long-term success.
